Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site IT Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with data analysis to support hotel operations and ensure seamless IT functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily analysis of income and payment data.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate mapping of revenue and payment streams.
- Deploy, maintain, and repair computer hardware (Dell).
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and Windows software issues.
- Manage user and computer accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Work with vendors to resolve software-related issues.
- Provide basic support for IP phones, printers, and scanners.
- Manage IT requests through the IT ticketing system.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
- Work independently and adapt to weekend/night shifts as needed.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Corrected vision to normal range.
- Ability to work long hours as needed.
- Proficient in computer skills and troubleshooting applications.
- Experience setting up and maintaining hardware.
- Willingness to learn and apply IT training on the job.
- CompTIA A or similar certification preferred.
