Kona Kai San Diego Resort is a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island. With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Front Desk Agent/Night Audit Relief at our island-inspired resort.

THE JOB:

This role will report to: The Front Office Manager

We are currently seeking an individual who wants to be part of the Kona Kai culture and serve with a purpose. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent/Night Audit Relief to assist us in creating a world-class environment that will enable our guests to connect with our fine establishment. The Front Desk Agent/Night Audit Relief is a key dynamic position in the resort's Rooms Division. As the Front Desk Agent/Night Audit Relief, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Flexibility with Schedule. (AM, PM & Overnight)
• Maintain Positive relations with our valuable guests and team members.
• Desire to learn and deliver guest service experience.
• Ensure high level of service is always maintained.
• Computer literacy; Word, Excel & Property Management Systems.
• Must be well groomed.
• Must be punctual and ready to start their day.
• Strong communication skills.
• Maintains a clean and tidy work environment.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Hospitality experience preferred

• Overtime rate of $35.33 per hour
