The Executive Banquet Chef will lead and support the Banquet Culinary team, by overseeing food preparation for banquet events, and creating a memorable dining experience for guests that meets standards of excellence expected at Noble House Hotels and Resorts.

Requirements
You own this if you have…
Experience in the developing and executing banquet menus
Understanding of BEOs and the ability to work with the Sales and Catering Team to provide an excellent experience for guests
Management of inventory to minimize food waste and ensure proper supplies are on hand
Oversee the department labor costs, including scheduling based on business needs
Supervisor and direct the team for the employee cafeteria
3-5 years’ experience as a Chef in a high-volume luxury hotel, resort or banquet operation with a focus on banquets and events
Completion of a technical culinary education or apprenticeship program; Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
Food service permit or valid health/food
Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
Familiar with industry best practices
Bilingual in Spanish/Creole is a plus
