Responsibilities
- Assist project planning and scope development
- Represent the company culture during the pre-construction process
- Partner with clients during project selection process ensuring client satisfaction, budget management, while meeting completion objectives
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project planning and execution
- Support construction estimating processes by gathering data and preparing cost analyses
- Manage documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Assist with site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam, Sketchup, and Buildertrend to plan projects accurately
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction process, estimating, contracts, blueprint reading, schematics, and construction site operations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction management principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Experience in construction site coordination or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Relevant education or certifications in Construction Management or related fields are advantageous
