What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator of Recruitment, Retention, and Training position at Noble Education Initiative, Inc.?
JOB PURPOSE
This position implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities across talent acquisition, staffing, and employment processing, as well as organizing and leading training and professional development for teachers and staff. The role works both internally and externally to identify high caliber talent to join the organization, lead the process of talent acquisition, and support the overall brand experience of team members to drive culture and retention. This role has lead responsibility for communicating with prospective employees (before, during, and after their hiring).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assists in implementing organizational goals and strategic plans for talent management.
* Leads the talent acquisition process, including effective job postings, organizing hiring fairs, screening talent, and ensuring timely processing of job offers and candidate communications.
* Understands and documents processes and tools used throughout the talent management process including recruiting, offers of employment, payroll, benefits, and employee satisfaction.
* Maintains timely and consistent communication with job applicants for the schools NEI operates.
* Develops comprehensive retention and work force engagement plans to meet human capital needs of the organization including supporting NEPP implementation in Tennessee.
* Maintains accurate database regarding teacher certification and licensure for each NEI TN school.
* Leads hiring fairs with the responsibility of ensuring applicants are communicated before and after the events and the events themselves represent the NEI brand experience.
* Leads onboarding of school-level employees to ensure they have a positive onboarding experience.
* Designs, develops, and delivers professional development and training for teachers and staff.
* Leads NEI TN “Noble Culture” activities, including, but not limited to:
o NEI, NEI TN, and school birthday notifications to supervisors for their direct reports
o Teacher Appreciation support and coordination for NEI to NEI TN schools
o Holiday observance tokens for NEI TN schools
o Supports NEI TN with duties related to hospitality that meet NEI Noble Culture standards
o Supports NEI TN with employee appreciation activities
* Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO and President that impact organization culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
* 3 years teaching experience and/or related experience and/or training.
* Computer proficient: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), other relevant software, educational technology, and mobile communication device.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Minimal physical exertion required.
* May travel up to 50% within the United States.

* The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Noise level may rise at a school with high student traffic.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with NEI’s salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by NEI.
FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY
Job is exempt and not subject to overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
EVALUATION
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with NEI’s policy.
DECLARATION
The NEI Human Resource Department retains the sole right and discretion to make changes to this job description. Any employee making changes unauthorized by the CEO or the Human Resources Department will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
