- Operate and monitor production machines.
- Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.
- Troubleshoot reasons for defects and contact maintenance for assistance when required.
- Enter daily work into computer system.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 20 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 with **reliable transportation**
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- The ability to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
