What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at Nobelus?
The Nobelus Product Manager is in charge of Consumable and or Durable Product lines and is responsible for defining the future product strategy in the US market for Nobelus’ line of laminates and films while providing day-to-day support to the current portfolio.
This role requires strong collaboration with the Product Development Manager to define future product roadmaps while engaging the sales force and other internal stakeholders to successfully align product priorities.

- Project Management oriented – you balance multiple initiatives, effectively prioritize your workload, and you don’t drop the ball on small details.
- Highly Collaborative – you seek input, you create synergy to build on and benefit from everyone’s ideas, work well with others and have good judgment.
- An effective Communicator –engaging others in synergetic conversations resulting to alignment, able to get your point across with ease and professionalism.
You will need:
- 8 years of experience in managing a portfolio of 80 Consumable or durable products in the US market (B2B).
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in print, packaging, or graphics industry a plus
- Willingness to take early morning and evening calls with vendors as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to the office (Knoxville, TN).
- Experience with ERP systems a must. Siteline / Infor an asset.
- PowerBI, all Microsoft products, experience with Monday.com would be helpful
- Experience or strong interest in AI
Rate: Commiserate with experience. Potential to earn monthly and quarterly bonuses!
