Summary Job Description
The Marketing Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of worldwide marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen NobelClad's brand, promote customer engagement, and support business growth. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales leaders, this role assists with content creation, digital marketing activities, trade show coordination, marketing materials, internal company events, and internal and external communications. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to develop skills in B2B industrial marketing within a global organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing and communication programs aligned with company objectives.
- Support the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content, including newsletters, blog posts, press releases, product announcements, case studies, and customer communications.
- Maintain and update website content, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
- Coordinate social media activities and assist with the development of digital marketing campaigns.
- Support trade show and conference planning, including logistics, promotional materials, registrations, booth assets, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of customer presentations and sales support materials.
- Help manage NobelClad's branding standards across marketing materials and communications.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and promotional suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance, website traffic, email marketing, and event participation.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases, contact lists, and content libraries.
- Assist with translation projects and coordination of localized marketing materials for international teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Human Resources, Operations, and other departments on communication initiatives at a global level. This involves communicating with internal and external parties of different countries and cultures.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Perform other marketing and communications duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
o Internship experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical marketing is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as website content management systems, email marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Salary
- Hourly Rate/Annual Salary – (based on job experience and job description responsibilities) Non-Exempt Hourly Role: $21.63/hr ($45,000) - $25.00/hr ($52,000)
- Bonus Potential – 10%
- FLSA – Non Exempt - Hourly
