Front of House Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. You will play a crucial part in delivering a positive dining experience while efficiently managing customer orders and transactions.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Prepare food like milk shakes items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining room.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
