What are the responsibilities and job description for the KYC/Account Operation Manager position at Noah Holdings?
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the full-link management of the KYC process for US users, including document review, risk screening and compliance verification, to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
2. Lead the daily operation of accounts, handle user needs such as account opening, information change, freezing/unfreezing, etc., and improve the efficiency and accuracy of account services.
3. Monitor account operation data, analyze abnormal situations and promote optimization, so as to reduce operational risks and user complaint rates.
4. Collaborate with compliance and technical teams to optimize KYC processes and system functions, adapting to the needs of US market users and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
1. More than 2 years of experience in KYC/account operations in cross-border finance or Internet industry; those familiar with US KYC/AML related regulations are preferred.
2. Have good data analysis ability and risk identification awareness, and can quickly handle unexpected problems in account operations.
3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; able to proficiently handle English compliance documents and communicate with users.
4. Be meticulous and rigorous in work, have strong cross-departmental collaboration ability and execution, and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
