Career Path
During the training period, your role will be confidential. You will be assigned to work on-site with NEXUS’s client partners. Based on your performance and interests, future growth paths include but are not limited to:
- On-Site Management: Roles such as site supervisor/market specialist in food processing, warehousing, transportation, or food service.
- Operations Management: Positions including warehouse manager, processing plant manager, restaurant manager, or on-site manager.
- Business Management: High performers will have the opportunity to participate in subsidiary operations and progress toward independent management.

- Relevant academic, internship, or project experience in warehouse logistics management, supply chain management, team management, or project management;
- Familiarity with software tools such as CAD, mind mapping (Xmind), inventory management, and scheduling;
- Passion for the food, food service, or logistics industry, with a willingness to gain experience from the ground up.
