The Northwest Ohio Computer Area Computer Services Cooperative (NOACSC) is seeking candidates for a full-time position as Technical Services Support Technician.
This position will provide technology support services to Allen County ESC in Lima and Putnam County ESC in Ottawa.
Responsibilities include:
•Maintenance and repair of district technology
•Installation of hardware and software
•Supporting and assisting with the technological needs of the staff and students
•Maintaining accurate records of inventory and repairs using technology help desk software
Qualifications:
•Knowledge of various computing systems, including Windows PCs, Chromebooks, and Apple devices
•Understanding of network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively
•Effective time management to meet deadlines
Experience in PC repair and troubleshooting, customer support, and IT training are preferred; however, entry-level candidates will be considered. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred. This position includes full-time benefits.
