Job Description:
Falcon is looking to add Brake Press Operator to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Press Brake machine
• Run production parts independently
• Inspect parts for quality and conformance to blueprint specifications
• Maintains work area and equipment.
• Loads and unloads metal blanks.
• Reports to Department Manager.
• May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints and measure parts.
• Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-orientated
• Energetic and eager to learn.
• Dependable
• Regularly may lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  
  

Bonus Points:

• Experience in metal shop production
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  
  

Location: Somerset, NJ

Job Type: Full-time, first shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm
Overtime as needed
