You'll act as a point of contact for families, serve as a mentor for other caregivers, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This position offers flexible scheduling with weekend availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
- Lead by example and assist with training or mentoring new caregivers
- Coordinate and communicate with families and healthcare professionals
- Monitor care plans and ensure they are followed correctly
- Encourage clients' social engagement and promote overall well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Report updates and concerns to supervisors promptly
- 2 years of caregiving or related experience required
- CNA or HCA credentials preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts with weekend availability preferred
