This is a position that is set to start in Darrington, WA on Sunday, June 14th.
Position Overview
This caregiver role plays a vital part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, providing the support they need to live with comfort and confidence. Whether you're a seasoned professional or newer to caregiving, we welcome those with a caring heart and a strong sense of responsibility. A current CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential is preferred, but we’re happy to consider candidates willing to obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist with safe mobility and transfers
- Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
- Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
- Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to client well-being
- CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
