HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a dealbreaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us. Experience in a home, assisted living, or long-term care setting is ideal.
What you'll be doing day to day:
This is an in-person caregiving role. We're filling spots quickly, so don't wait to apply — certified or not, if you've got the heart for caregiving, we want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing day to day:
- Helping clients with everyday activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely
- Giving medication reminders according to each client's care plan and HIPAA rules
- Cooking meals and helping with nutrition based on each person's needs
- Caring for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory-related conditions
- Using equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe transfers when needed
- Keeping an eye out for changes in a client's health or behavior and reporting them to the team
- Light housekeeping around the client's home
- Keeping accurate notes on the care you provide
- Getting clients involved in activities that support their well-being
- Following safety basics like CPR, first aid, and infection control
- Experience caring for people in homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice settings
- Attentive to changes in a client's condition or behavior
- Hands-on, compassionate approach to ADLs and daily care
- Understanding of medication reminders and care plans
- Bonus if you've worked with clients who have dementia, arthritis, or mobility issues
- Good communicator — with clients, families, and coworkers alike
- Physically able to help with transfers and similar tasks
- CPR/First Aid a plus — we'll help you get trained if you're not there yet
- Respect for HIPAA and client privacy
- Open to working with a wide range of clients, including seniors and people with disabilities
