We're seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless coverage for our clients, and serving as a key point of contact for both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, reliable coverage for all clients
Communicate with clients and their families to understand scheduling preferences and care needs
Coordinate caregiver-client introductions and facilitate smooth transitions
Address scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Maintain accurate records of client care plans, schedules, and caregiver availability
Perform quality assurance check-ins with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with leadership and the care team to optimize staffing and billable hours
Assist with other office responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
2 years of experience in scheduling, care coordination, or administrative support
2 years in healthcare or in-home services preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Warm, approachable personality that excels at building trust with clients and caregivers
Proficiency with scheduling software or willingness to learn
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
