Scheduling Coordinator – The Backbone of Care

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator who understands the complexity, urgency, and responsibility that comes with coordinating care in a home care environment.
This is not an entry-level role. It is a critical position that ensures:
- Clients receive consistent, reliable care
- Caregivers are set up for success
- Operations run smoothly, even in unpredictable situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage caregiver schedules at least two weeks in advance
- Match caregivers and clients based on skill, compatibility, and consistency
- Respond quickly and effectively to call-outs and last-minute changes
- Maintain clear communication with caregivers, clients, and internal team members
- Support onboarding and retention efforts through scheduling insights
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in home care scheduling or healthcare coordination required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with scheduling software platforms
- Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
