Role Overview

The Digital Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning, brand-aligned content for our social media platforms. This is a part-time role ideal for a designer with luxury beauty experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-aesthetic environments.

Key Responsibilities

·       Content Creation: Design static, motion, and carousel graphics optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.

·       Brand Storytelling: Translate our brand philosophy (less is more, quiet luxury, clean beauty) into compelling visual narratives.

·       Asset Development: Create branded templates, campaign visuals, GIFs, and short-form motion graphics for launches, events, and partnerships.

·       Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and social media teams to ensure content aligns with strategy, campaign goals, and posting calendars.

·       Trend Integration: Stay current on digital design, beauty, and social media trends, applying them while keeping the brand’s luxury aesthetic intact.

·       File Management: Organize assets for cross-functional use (Bynder/Dropbox/Google Drive).

Qualifications

·       2–4 years of professional digital design experience (luxury beauty or fashion ONLY will be considered).

·       Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, or equivalent design tools.

·       Experience with short-form motion/animation (After Effects or similar) a plus.

·       Understanding of social media platforms, aspect ratios, and best practices for engagement.

·       Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

·       Passion for beauty, minimalism, and the no-makeup makeup aesthetic.
