Erica Homes, LLC is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to join our team in Lancaster, SC. This is a paid internship with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and helping manage projects in the field and office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating property inspections and maintenance tasks
- Conduct field inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Document project progress, site conditions, and needed repairs
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure timely project completion
- Help organize and track ongoing maintenance requests and project timelines
- Support management with basic administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements:
- Interest in property management, construction, or project coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working both in-office and on-site as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
