Regional Sales Representative

No Lift Install System
Boise, ID Full Time
POSTED ON 4/24/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 10/20/2026

Company Description

No Lift System, Inc. manufactures patented equipment that eliminates manual lifting of heavy countertops, slabs, and other materials, helping companies reduce injuries, lower labor costs, and retain their best people. With 2,000 customers and 2,500 units sold, we're a trusted brand with proven ROI. Our product line is expanding into adjacent industries wherever companies face repetitive heavy or awkward lifting: hoist and crane systems, vacuum lifting devices, and new solutions in development.

This is not a commodity sale. Customers who adopt our systems regularly save $15,000–$20,000 per year. Once they experience it, they don't go back.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Boise or other Rocky Mountain West or Pacific Northwest Region, involves promoting and selling No Lift System’s innovative products to new and existing customers. The Regional Sales Representative will prospect and engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include attending industry events, identifying market opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. This role requires both in-person and online communication to offer customized solutions for clients' needs while achieving sales goals.

You'll represent a full line of material-handling solutions that deliver immediate, measurable ROI:

•    Patented No Lift cart systems (Manual Tilt, Power Tilt,Power-Tilt HD)  our core, high-commission products

•    RAD and MAD crane and hoist systems for repetitive heavy lifting

•    Install trailers — high-ticket, strong add-on commission opportunity

•    Vacuum lifting devices and related handling solutions

•    Accessories that add to commission revenue and deepen customer relationships

Our customers include stone fabrication shops, independent countertop installers, and adjacent industries facing repetitive, heavy, or awkward material-handling challenges.

What the Role Looks Like

•    Own your territory: prospect, demo, follow up, and close—without hand-holding

•    Convert inbound leads into closed deals efficiently

•    Run product demonstrations via phone, video, and in-person field visits

•    Identify expansion opportunities in adjacent industries beyond stone fabrication

•    Execute a disciplined sales process within our CRM

•    Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

•    Self-manage your schedule across a multi-state territory with 40% travel

Qualifications

Required

•    Minimum 2 years of proven, verifiable territory sales experience

•    Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets — come with numbers

•    Comfortable calling on tradespeople and business owners, not corporate buyers

•    Competitive, self-directed, and accountable — you don't wait to be managed

•    Relentless follow-up discipline — this is where deals are won

•    Clean driving record and ability to travel up to 40% within a multi-state territory

•    Background check and drug screening mandatory

  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions and relationship building
  • Ability to demonstrate products effectively and tailor presentations to customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in data entry and maintaining sales records
  • Knowledge or experience in the stone fabrication, material handling, or lifting equipment industries is a plus
  • Well-organized and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage

Preferred - The Right Candidate Matters More Than a Perfect Checklist

•    Previous experience selling to stone fabrication shops or countertop installers is highly advantageous and will accelerate your ramp time

•    Candidates with comparable territory sales experience in the construction trades — flooring, tile, cabinetry, building materials, or related fields — are strongly encouraged to apply

•    Home base in the Northwest States or Inland Rocky Mountain West strongly preferred

•    Existing relationships within stone fabrication, countertop installation, or adjacent trades

•    Familiarity with how countertop installs or similar field installations actually happen

Who You Are

You talk to shop owners and tradespeople the way they expect to be talked to — no corporate fluff, just results.

•    You understand trades businesses: how they make decisions, what matters to their bottom line, and how to earn their trust

•    You can quickly learn a new product and communicate its ROI in plain language

•    You're energized by a large territory with real upside — not looking for someone to manage your calendar

•    You want your income tied to your output, not a salary ceiling

•    You take ownership: if it's your territory, you treat it like your business
