JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing the sales team with the tools, content, training, and strategies needed to effectively engage prospects and close deals. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer journey. The key objective is to increase sales performance by leading best practices for sales execution, sales productivity and success.
Duties & Functions
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to design, deliver, and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team.
- Work with subject matter experts to create effective training materials and workshops.
- Support the development and execution of NNR internship programs.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, organize, and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, case studies, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a monthly external newsletter.
- Ensure all content is up to date, aligned with marketing and company messaging, and easily accessible to the sales team.
Sales Tools and Technology
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and analytics software.
- Train sales teams to maximize the effectiveness of tools and technologies.
Performance Analysis and Reporting.
- Monitor sales performance metrics to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable feedback to sales and leadership teams.
Collaboration and Alignment
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure alignment of goals, messaging, and capabilities.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to refine product offerings and marketing campaigns.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, sales methodologies, and competitive intelligence.
- Propose and implement innovative enablement strategies.
- Attend meetings/training as required by management.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent
- experience).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or related sales/marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application software.
- Experience in video editing.
Physical requirements:
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Light/Medium work - Exerting up to twenty-five pounds of force occasionally, frequently and/or
- constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Salary : $58,000 - $65,000
