Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer – React with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, build enterprise-scale applications, leverage AI-powered development tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale frontend applications.
• Develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Build and maintain automated testing using Playwright or Cypress.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Frontend Development experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with React.
• Strong expertise in:
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Playwright or Cypress
  • CI/CD
  • Microsoft Azure
• Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI development tools.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.

• Micro-Frontend Architecture.

• Cloud-Native Architecture.
• Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Stakeholder Management.
