Now searching for a F/T Handyman/Maintenance . Job responsibilities include: repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of properties.

Other key duties include:

* Perform routine maintenance such as carpentry, painting, carpet/flooring, plumbing, sheetrock, framing, light electrical, drywall and light roofing.

Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
* Must have basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, and/or other general repair skills

*Must have Drivers license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $28 - $30
