We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Full-Time Handyman to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
The handyman will be responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of properties. Duties may include:
- Performing general repairs and maintenance around properties.
- Completing minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets and unclogging drains.
- Handling basic electrical repairs and replacing light fixtures, where qualified.
- Repairing drywall, patching holes, painting, and touch-ups.
- Installing and repairing doors, locks, cabinets, and hardware.
- Completing basic carpentry and other repair projects.
- Performing minor flooring repairs and replacements.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of properties.
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues and identifying needed repairs.
- Using tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Completing additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous handyman, maintenance, or general repair experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have your own basic tools, if required.
- Must be willing to perform physical work and handle multiple tasks.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed
Pay Rate:
- Starting at $20 per hour
- Pay may increase depending on experience and skill level
