NM Curtis Earth Works INC is a small family oriented company currently seeking a estimator/ project manager to work out of our Berwick, ME office. This is a full-time position though under certain situations a more flexible schedule could be offered.

Job responsibilities include:

• -Project estimating from take-off to proposal
• -Prepare/ review submittals issue construction documents and layout to field crews
• -Prepare overall project schedules
• -Maintain/ edit field as-built drawings
• -Supervise all project activities direct field crews of deadlines and schedules
• -Maintain required project documentation
• -Attend weekly project meetings
• -Perform other related duties as required

Experience:

• -Background in commercial site work, utilities, road work
• -AutoCAD
• -Trimble Earthworks
• -Project management
• -Estimating
• -Prior field surveying or engineering experience is a plus
