nLogic is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The Integrated Master Scheduler is a critical role responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Fires Project Office efforts. This individual will work closely with project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project activities are properly planned, tracked, and reported to meet project goals on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the IMS - work with Army and Industry partners to create and manage a comprehensive, integrated master schedule that includes all project tasks, dependencies, and resources.
- Perform critical path analysis to identify and manage the project's most critical tasks
- Work with project teams to gather schedule information, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Generate regular reports on schedule status, performance, and key metrics
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
- Identify and assess potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Continuously seek ways to improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management
- 10 years of logistics experience supporting an Army program office
- Experience preparing briefings and documentation for senior leadership
- Proficiency with scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
