- The Test Lead will manage end-to-end testing for the Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM and Field Service transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test plan, including schedule
- Manage development of test cases, and entry/exit criteria and execution of testing event
- Lead conference room pilots (CRP), and system integration testing
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution
- Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects
- Oversee data validation, payroll comparison, and reconciliation activities
- Establish governance for test sign-offs and readiness criteria
- Guide and support testers; ensure consistent execution standards
- Provide daily/weekly reporting on test progress, risks, and blockers
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, not required
- Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
- Prior experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity
