💼 Senior ServiceNow Developer – Tampa, FL/Hybrid
Client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, offering the opportunity to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
🔑 Primary Skills
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB)
- HRSD (HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, Knowledge)
📊 Secondary Skills
- Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server
- Authentication with LDAP, SSO, and email integrations
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM & HRSD modules
- Implement and enhance HRSD workflows including case management, templates, and lifecycle events
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs)
- Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards
- Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Support CMDB, Discovery, and ensure data integrity for ITSM processes
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support
- Handle upgrades, cloning, update set management, and platform best practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and documentation
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
- Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Ability to independently own modules and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Certifications: CSA (Mandatory), CIS – ITSM, HRSD (Preferred)
