Job Description
Provide first-level help desk support for end users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops, monitors, printers, etc
Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment
Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
Support overall business systems and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes
Escalate complex issues as needed
Essential Requirements of the Role
2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals
High school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to quickly learn systems and operate in a hands-on environment

Salary : $25 - $28
