GSOC Operator (Contract)

Pay Rate: USD 36/h on W2
We're hiring a GSOC Operator to support 24/7 Global Security Operations. This role is responsible for monitoring CCTV and access control systems, managing security incidents, conducting OSINT monitoring, and coordinating responses to protect employees, assets, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Conduct OSINT monitoring and identify potential threats.
- Document and escalate security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack, Everbridge, and Google Workspace.
- Support a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of GSOC, security operations, or related experience.
- Experience with CCTV, Lenel, Milestone, or incident management systems.
- Familiarity with OSINT tools such as Dataminr, Everbridge, Ontic, or GIS platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
