Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and stage materials from inventory based on production orders, work orders, or pick lists.
- Deliver materials to designated production areas in a timely and organized manner.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Replenish stock locations as needed and communicate low inventory levels to the warehouse or inventory control team.
- Maintain accurate records of materials issued and returned using manual logs or warehouse management systems.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming materials and supplies.
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred but will train.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and inventory labels.
- Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software; Manufacturing
software; Order processing systems; Microsoft Excel and Word Processing software.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid Michigan Driver's License.
Ability to pass Hi-Lo Driver Exam and receive a Hi-lo License.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Prefer knowledge of company products and services.
Prefer previous shipping knowledge.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
