Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to lawn care, tree care, and landscaping. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' lawns and gardens are healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained throughout the seasons.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
- Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and health assessments.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in building landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively is essential.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques is a plus.
- Experience in tree care or garden maintenance will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
