Your Role

Advocacy & Coordination: Partner with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and therapists to build a roadmap for recovery.

Direct Support: Attend medical appointments with clients to ensure clear communication and timely treatment.

Holistic Assessment: Evaluate the medical and emotional needs of clients to facilitate physical therapy and specialist consultations.

Professional Liaison: Serve as the vital link between the patient, the medical team, and insurance carriers to streamline the claims process.
What You Bring

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in rehabilitation or case management is a plus.

Preferred Certifications
