Key Responsibilities

Communication Management: Answer and manage high-volume incoming phone calls; efficiently screen, route, and escalate communications to internal case managers and external parties.

Administrative Operations: Provide direct, comprehensive administrative support across multiple operational functions and handle daily incoming correspondence.

Data & EMR Integrity: Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and documentation completion across internal case management databases and healthcare tracking systems.

Medical Records Support: Process, track, and fulfill specialized medical records and client documentation requests under strict confidentiality parameters.

Financial Coordination: Assist with basic operational billing tasks, client invoices, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years of progressive administrative, office coordinator, or operations support experience.

Healthcare Background: Prior experience working within a medical office, clinic, healthcare facility, or case management environment is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high comfort level handling frequent, professional phone-based inquiries.

Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience navigating electronic health records (EHR/EMR) or dedicated case management software is a major plus.
