About the Role
As a Field Case Manager, you will coordinate medical care for injured workers within the workers’ compensation system. You’ll use your clinical expertise and advocacy skills to manage complex cases and influence positive return-to-work outcomes—all while building relationships with providers and employers.
Work Territory & Logistics

Regional Coverage: This is a field-based position covering a territory within approximately 2 hours of your home.

Travel: Includes travel to medical appointments, employer sites, and stakeholder meetings within your assigned local territory.

Mileage: Full mileage reimbursement is provided for all professional travel.
What You’ll Do

Independently assess injured workers and develop treatment plans.

Serve as a liaison between injured workers, medical providers, and employers.

Attend physician appointments to ensure clear communication and adherence to care plans.

Stay current on workers’ compensation regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For

Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; prior case management experience (workers’ comp or occupational health preferred).

Required: Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage a field-based caseload independently.

Preferred: Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification; experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings.
