Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Strategy
- Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
- Security & Identity: Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
- Governance: Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata, which is notoriously difficult to deploy.
- Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)
- Advanced LWC: Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
- Personalization: Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
- Process Automation: Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
- Data & AI Integration
- Data Cloud Integration: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
- API Management: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Code Review: Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
