Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Mentor and guide junior architects and project team members on effective project management practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture
- 6-10 years related experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools such as Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
Preferred
- Architecture License
- Experience with healthcare and K-12 education projects
