Job Summary
As a Bridge Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities related to bridge construction, maintenance, and repair. You'll be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the success of our projects.
Duties
- Lead and supervise crews
- Enforce all safety regulations
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, material management, and quality control.
- Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, project managers, and crew members.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports and other required documentation.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Bridge Foreman or in a similar supervisor role in bridge construction
- Technical knowledge in-depth understanding of bridge construction techniques, materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities.
