Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Global HFT Firm
A leading global high-frequency trading firm is looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to help build and support one of the industry's most advanced low-latency trading platforms.
Working at the intersection of software engineering and production infrastructure, you'll lead and develop engineers across globally distributed teams while remaining hands-on in designing automation, monitoring, and reliability tooling. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving platform resilience, and partnering with engineering, networking, and trading teams to solve complex production challenges.
You'll bring proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams within large-scale production environments, with the ability to lead through technical expertise, influence strategic direction, and foster a high-performing engineering culture. A strong background in Site Reliability, Production, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering, alongside excellent programming skills in Python, Go, or a similar language, is essential.
Salary : $700,000 - $1,200,000
