Roles And Responsibilities
- Provides application design and programming support for the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications systems, making recommendations and providing user training as appropriate to improve the systems.
- Analyzes generalized user requirements, and designs and programs solutions to satisfy the users needs.
- Analyzes, develops, implements and supports new software applications to improve business systems.
- Develops and maintains efficient instructions for running production job streams.
- Demonstrates technical knowledge in assigned systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and improve business processes within the Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll environment.
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related area, and
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle Cloud Payroll and core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, or Learning.
- Degree may be substituted by two (2) additional years of related experience.
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, talent management, benefits and compliance.
