🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Perform high-quality digital X-rays in a fast-paced outpatient setting

✅ Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures

✅ Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with all safety standards

✅ Accurately document and upload images to patient records for physician review

✅ Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and the front desk team to streamline patient care

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

📄 NJ State Licensed X-Ray Technician

🧑 ⚕️ Experience working in outpatient or multi-specialty clinics is a plus

🤝 Professional, friendly, and dependable

💡 Able to work independently and adapt to a collaborative care environment

🕒 Available to work full-time hours, including evening

💼 Bonus Opportunity: Medical Assistant (MA) Experience

Candidates with prior experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) are eligible for additional compensation consideration and expanded responsibilities within the role.

In addition to radiologic duties, individuals with MA experience may support clinical operations by assisting providers and enhancing patient flow. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for evaluation or imaging
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs and medical history
• Assisting providers during examinations and minor procedures
• Applying basic clinical treatments (e.g., wound care, brace application, strapping)
• Coordinating patient flow between imaging and treatment areas
• Supporting documentation and ensuring accuracy within the EMR
• Communicating effectively with providers and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
