We are expanding our podiatry services and are looking for a motivated, patient-focused Podiatrist to join our team.
π Position Overview
The Podiatrist will play a key role in evaluating and treating foot and ankle conditions while collaborating closely with our conservative care and medical providers. This position offers a strong internal referral network and the opportunity to build a high-volume practice within a well-established patient base.
π©» Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions
- Perform in-office procedures including:
- Nail care, callus care, wound care
- Injections (corticosteroid, PRP if applicable)
- Minor surgical procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Collaboration & Co-Management
- Work closely with:
- Physical therapists
- Chiropractors
- Sports medicine providers
- Pain management team
- Coordinate care plans to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in internal referrals and co-treatment strategies
Patient Volume & Performance Expectations
- Maintain consistent clinic productivity and schedule utilization
- Participate in performance-based initiatives including:
- Visit volume targets
- Retention and plan of care adherence
- Contribute to overall patient experience and outcomes
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner (within 24β48 hours)
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, billing, and regulatory standards
