Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has experiance and/or general knowledge in HVAC.

Responsibilities
- Ordering Heating & Cooling equipment/parts
- Answer HIGH volume incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain several calendars
- Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from field technicians, auditors and sales.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments with minimal instruction.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Daily use of Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; administrative training is preferred.
- 3-5 yrs of proven experience in an Office setting as an Administrative Assistant, Clerical Data Entry or relevant role
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet based software (CRM platforms)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Salary will be based on experience and performance: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
