Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Personal Lines Agent at Nixon & Lindstrom Insurance in Springfield, MO. The Personal Lines Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their personal insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing policies
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Experience in sales or insurance industry
- State insurance license
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is a plus
