Explain menu items and make suggestions
Ensure correct and timely delivering of orders and drinks
Monitor food and drink quality, and notify management of any issues
Keep tables clean and presentatble for the next customer
Handle payment transaction, and make correct change
Uphold standards of cleaniless and hygiene
Respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
Maintain knowledge of restaurant policy and precedure
Education Requirements
