- 8 10 years of experience leading largescale transformation programs with complex, multiyear delivery scopes.
- Strong expertise in Integration Services, including dealing technical discussion with enterprise architects.
- Solid conceptual understanding of modern API technologies, such as REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices architectures.
- Good conceptual knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of multisystem integration environments, including data flows, dependencies, and crossplatform orchestration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, with the ability to leverage cloud services in integration and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, capable of creating clear, compelling executivelevel presentations.
- Experienced in Microsoft Project (MPP) for creating, managing, and tracking detailed project plans and schedules.
- Proven leadership experience, having managed teams of 30 members across multiple levels and functional areas.
- Utility industry experience is a strong plus.
