Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution and delivery of design and marketing projects. This role bridges the gap between clients, marketing strategy and the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple creative and marketing projects from brief to final delivery
Develop and maintain project timelines, scopes and deliverables; proactively identify risks and solutions
Act as a central point of communication between designers, marketing and external stakeholders
Organize and translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the creative team
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social and print channels
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, including campaigns, packaging and promotional materials
Assist with packaging and design updates, including artwork revisions and production coordination
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials
Help create brand assets and guidelines that maintain a consistent visual identity
Track project progress, gather feedback and ensure timely approvals and delivery
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support creative and branding decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a project coordination, marketing or creative operations role
Strong understanding of creative workflows and design processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media and content development
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field
Experience working in a design agency or creative environment
Familiarity with project management tools
Basic understanding of design tools
Knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms
Basic HTML or email marketing tools experience
Experience supporting campaign planning and execution
Pay: $61,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
