Travel: 80–90% (Per Diem provided for overnight stays)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Security Service Engineers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient technician who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, traveling to diverse customer sites, and providing excellent client service in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of Access Control, Cameras, and Alarm systems
- Manage service tickets and documentation in a timely manner to meet KPI expectations
- Create and maintain detailed service records and repair logs
- Ensure all work complies with industry codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Track time and stay within allotted hours per job to meet KPIs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to resolve issues and answer questions
- Collaborate with the internal support team when needed
What You Bring
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently in the field
- Clean background and driving record (required)
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional after-hours work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fundamental networking skills preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of low voltage or security systems experience preferred
