What are the responsibilities and job description for the Progressive Stamping Press Operator position at Nissin Precision North America?
We are looking for experienced individuals who can set-up, operate and
maintain progressive die, machines and to ensure quality and press
efficiencies are met daily and to maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
One (1) years’ experience in the set-up and operation of presses.
Two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Sets up and operates progressive die machines, decoilers,
- Perform quality checks on parts being produced on a scheduled basis.
- Analyze and try to resolve work problems that may occur during the
- Accurately and timely complete all daily production paperwork
- Ensure the quality of parts produced at minimum cost.
- Follow direct instructions/work procedures to assure a safe, efficient
- Load and unload coils of material.
- Be able to use micrometers, calipers and other measuring equipment
- Clean equipment dies and work environment.
Experience:
One (1) years’ experience in the set-up and operation of presses.
Two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have strong math and good communication skills.
